The agreement between you and us.

Accounts

You sign in with email and a password, or with Google. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials safe; we treat anyone signing in as you. You must be at least 16 years old and authorised to bind the business you’re acting for, if any.

Plans, trials, billing

• Trial is three days with a card collected up-front. Unless you cancel before day 4, the plan you selected bills automatically when the trial ends; cancel any time before then and you are not charged. If a charge later fails, we freeze the account — your tracked apps and keywords stay put.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Annual prepays save two months.
• We do not auto-renew without notice. Stripe sends a receipt for every charge.
• You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current term is not pro-rated.
• EU consumer right of withdrawal is waived once data collection begins on a tracked app, which you authorise on activation.
• Refunds: full refund inside seven days of the first paid charge if you’ve tracked fewer than three days of data. Beyond that, we don’t refund mid-term, but you keep the term you paid for.

Acceptable use

Don’t do any of the following with the product or its data:

• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the dashboard.
• Mirror, republish, or redistribute our derived datasets at scale.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our scoring formulas, except as the law allows.
• Use the product to harass, dox, or unfairly target a specific app developer.
• Bypass plan limits, share accounts, or circumvent rate-limits.

Your data, your IP

The apps you track, the keywords you tag, the notes you write, and any exports you take are yours. We hold a limited licence to process it so we can render the product. We don’t train models on your private data.

Our data, our IP

The rank matrix, KES, the anomaly detector, and the Market Intelligence aggregates are ours. You may quote small numerical excerpts in articles or decks if you cite the page they came from. You may not bulk-republish or use our output to build a competing service.

Availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the dashboard and update data daily. If an update is delayed by more than 24 hours, an in-app banner says so and we add a make-good day to active paid subscriptions.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime; the data goes within 30 days unless we need to retain it for tax or fraud reasons. We can terminate accounts that breach this contract or put the service at risk; we give written notice first wherever the risk allows.

Warranties

We provide the product “as is” to the extent the law allows. We don’t warrant uninterrupted operation, accuracy of every rank reading, or that any insight will move a real number for your business. We do warrant that we have the right to grant the licence we’re granting.

Liability cap

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. Neither side is liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the EU member state in which we are incorporated. Disputes go to its courts unless mandatory consumer-protection law sends them elsewhere.
